Built on three pillars—artisanal craft, language, and marketing history—the space communicates cultural values through written, visual, and tactile forms while offering flexible programming that supports neurodiversity and hybrid workstyles. The pandemic underscored the importance of connection, prompting the integration of inclusive solutions for both onsite and remote team members. Engaging the team through town halls and firsthand observations, the design process ensured the space reflected their culture, work rituals, and objectives, creating a dynamic environment that adapts to evolving needs ​
