The headquarters for Dan Gilbert’s Rock Family of Companies in Detroit’s One Campus Martius Building was designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and connection. Reflecting the team’s role in uniting diverse industries, the space celebrates the unique craft of each company while incorporating nostalgic displays and nods to the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse and Cleveland Cavaliers. Purposeful design elements, including a terrazzo floor depicting Detroit’s city grid and a living wall representing its neighborhoods, highlight the team’s community-driven mission. Curated art and adaptable spaces inspire creativity and communication, supporting the team’s ongoing impact on people, businesses, and communities.
